Why 40 days?

Phillippa Lally at UCL proved: On average, it takes 66 days to anchor a new habit. Not 21 days, as often claimed. That's a myth.

40 days is the conservative minimum. Enough to strengthen the neural pathways so that the new feeling becomes a habit. Your new default. Your new identity.
